TERMS.

The deal
Airon is run by aironfitness, Inc. (Delaware, USA) together with Airon for Training Programs LLC (Egypt). You pay for online coaching: a certified coach builds your training plan, your nutrition plan, or both, adjusts it as you go, and checks in with you in the Airon app. Plans run for 1, 3 or 6 months. By paying, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Your health comes first
- Coaching is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor.
- If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or take medication, check with your doctor before you start and tell your coach.
- If something hurts in a bad way, stop and tell your coach. You train at your own pace and your own risk.
- We'll push you, but we can't promise results. They depend on you showing up.

Payments and prices
- You pay up front by card through Stripe. Clients in Egypt pay in EGP. Everyone else pays in USD.
- The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Your bank may add its own fees for foreign currency.
- Your plan starts when your coach sends it, usually within a few days of payment.

Auto-renew or pay once
- Auto-renew. Your plan renews at the end of each period, at the same price, on the same card. When our prices go up, yours doesn't, as long as auto-renew stays on. We email you 3 days before each renewal.
- Cancel anytime. Use the Manage my plan link at the bottom of any page, or message us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep coaching until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, we try again over the next few days and email you to update your card. If it still fails, your plan ends.
- Pay once. Your plan simply ends when the period ends. If you renew later, you pay whatever the price is then.

Refunds
New to Airon? You get 14 days to change your mind. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment:
- If your coach hasn't sent your plan yet, you get a full refund.
- If your plan has started, you get back the days you haven't used. Example: on a 1 month plan, ask on day 10 and you get 20 of 30 days back. On a 3 month plan, ask on day 10 and you get 80 of 90 days back.
Renewals. Once a new period has started, renewals aren't refundable. That's why we remind you 3 days before. One exception: if an auto-renewal charges you and you message us within 48 hours without having used the new period, we refund it in full.
If we can't deliver. If your coach can't continue, we move you to another coach you're happy with, or refund the days you haven't used. Your choice.
How. Email hello@airon.fitness or message us in the app. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, in the same currency, and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
None of this takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.

Pauses and switching coach
- One pause per subscription: up to 2 weeks on 3 month plans, up to 4 weeks on 6 month plans. 1 month plans can't be paused. Message us with your start date and we freeze it. Your remaining days wait for you and your renewal date moves with them.
- Not clicking with your coach? Tell us and we'll move you to another coach.

Fair use
- One plan is for one person. Please don't share or publish your plan.
- Your plan and everything in the app belong to Airon and your coach. They're yours to use, not to resell.
- Be respectful with your coach and our team. If someone is abusive, we can end their plan and refund the days they haven't used.

Limits
As far as the law allows, Airon isn't responsible for injuries or losses caused by information you didn't share with your coach, or by training against your coach's or doctor's advice. If we're ever responsible for something, the most we owe is what you paid us in the last 3 months. This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

The legal bit
If you live in Egypt, these terms follow Egyptian law. Everyone else, they follow the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top, and email you about big changes. Changes never touch a period you've already paid for.
