Who we are
Airon is run by aironfitness, Inc., a Delaware company (1111B S Governors Ave STE 6998, Dover, DE 19904, USA), together with Airon for Training Programs LLC in Egypt. When this page says Airon, we or us, it means both. Questions about your data go to hello@airon.fitness.

What we collect
- What you tell us. Your name, email, phone, country, your goal, and what you share on a call or in the app.
- Your coaching data. Training and food logs, body measurements, check-in answers, messages with your coach, and progress photos if you choose to send them.
- Health information you choose to share. Injuries, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or anything your coach should know to keep you safe. You decide what to share. We use it only to coach you.
- Payments. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number. We keep what you bought, when, how much, and which coach.
- Call bookings. Your name, email, the time you picked and your answers to the booking questions.
- Website data. Your country (from your connection) so we show the right currency, the pages you visit, your device and browser, and cookies or similar tech used to measure our ads.

How we use it
- To build your plan, adjust it, and let your coach check in on you.
- To take payments, run renewals, send receipts and remind you before a renewal.
- To show prices in the right currency for your country.
- To answer you when you need help.
- To see which of our ads work.
- To keep the records tax and accounting law asks for.
- To send news or offers, only if you said yes. You can unsubscribe any time.
We don't sell your data. We never use your health information for ads.

Who sees it
- Your coach, and your nutrition coach if your plan includes nutrition. Airon coaches are independent certified professionals who work with us under confidentiality.
- A small Airon support team, for help and billing.
- Companies that run parts of the service for us: Stripe (payments), Everfit (the platform behind the Airon app), Calendly (call booking), Webflow (this website), Cloudflare (secure checkout), Resend (email notifications) and Meta (ad measurement). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
- If Airon is ever sold or merged, your data moves with the business and stays under this policy.

Ads and cookies
When you visit the site, start checkout or pay, we tell Meta that it happened so we can measure our ads. For payments we may send a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone so Meta can match it to an account. We never send your health or coaching data. You can block cookies in your browser and control ads in your Meta ad preferences.

Where it's stored
The companies above store data on servers mostly in the US and Europe, so your data may be handled outside your country. We only use well known providers with proper security and data protection terms.

How long we keep it
- Coaching data: while you're a client, and up to 2 years after your last plan ends so you can come back where you left off. After that we delete it.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
- Want it gone sooner? Ask, and we delete everything the law lets us delete.

Your rights
You can ask to see your data, get a copy, correct it, delete it, stop marketing, or withdraw your OK for us to use your health information (without it, we may not be able to coach you safely). Email hello@airon.fitness and we reply within 30 days.
In Egypt, your data is protected by the Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020) and you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Center. In the EU or UK you have your rights under the GDPR and can complain to your local data protection authority.

Security
Every page and payment runs over an encrypted connection. Cards are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the highest payment security level (PCI DSS Level 1). Only people who need your data to coach or support you can see it. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong in a way that affects you, we'll tell you.

Age
Airon is for people 18 and over. Anyone younger can join only with a parent or guardian who agrees and stays involved.

Changes
If we change this policy we update this page and the date at the top. If it's a big change, we email you first.
